Refund & Cancellation Policy

Information that customers have to share to purchase our service can be found here: It is your responsibility to provide us with up-to-date and correct information about yourself when applying for your ESTA Travel Authorization. Your ESTA application will be processed on your behalf. In the case of an application denial, the Service Fee paid for our Processing Service will be refunded as part of our money back guarantee Refund Policy.


When we refund money to you, we are returning the money which you paid to us for the Service which we provide. That amount does not include fees charged by your credit card company or other parties in connection with your payment. It only includes the fee paid to us for processing your application.


All payments to us are in United States Dollars, and any refund that we make will also be in U.S. Dollars. As described in our Terms and Conditions, for any payments or refunds involving currencies other than U.S. Dollars, the exchange rate in use at the time of the transaction will be determined by your credit card company. The refund which we pay out is based on the payment which we receive in U.S. Dollars, and not on the exchange rate between Dollars and your currency. We cannot be held responsible for any differences in the amount credited to your account by your credit card company based on the exchange rate that they use, or on any foreign-currency exchange fees that they charge. We are responsible only for refunding the U.S. Dollar payment that we received.


We will only make refunds by credit card, and only to the credit card account originally used for the purchase. We will not make refunds by cheque or cash, since neither method can provide adequate security, verification of payment, or guarantee against theft, loss, or fraud.   1. The reason for the refund request
  2. Your full name
  3. The last four (4) digits of the credit card number used for the original purchase
  4. The email address used for the original purchase

The refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase within twenty-four (24) hours. It will be posted within twenty (20) working days. If you are requesting a refund for reasons other than those listed here or in the Terms and Conditions, please contact Customer Service. We are a private company not affiliated with the U.S. government. When we apply on a customer’s behalf, we take on the financial responsibility of that customer if the ESTA Application is declined. The decision granting the final admission when entering the United States of America is at the discretion of the Customs and Border Protection Officer at the port of entry into the U.S.
